ARTIST/VENDOR INFO
The deadline for submitting the registration form is July 31, 2024.
The non-refundable $25 booth fee is due by August 10, 2024.
If applying as a vendor (of merchandise sales), merchandise vendors will not be eligible for the Best in Show awards.
Four digital images of the artist’s work must be submitted with the application, to squareartsfestival@gmail.com.
The artist or vendor must provide a 10x10 tent, chairs, and all items needed for the booth.
All four legs of the tent must have weights.
Some booth locations might be on a slope, and vendors must bring the necessary equipment to make their tent level, if desired.
All artist work must be original and the work of the artist submitting this application.
All clay or porcelain work cannot be machine-made or cast in a mold.
All jewelry must be made without the use of mass-produced molds or kits.
Prints of work are allowed, as long as original work is also offered in the booth.
Booths must be open from 10:00am until 5:00pm.
Booth setup is Saturday from 7:30am-9:30am and tear-down is 5:00pm-7:00pm.
Those who would like to set up their tent earlier (with no merchandise) may do so on Friday from 5:00pm-7:00pm. There will be no security that night.
Cars/trucks may be used for unloading and loading but must park elsewhere during the festival.
Artist/vendor information and updates will be sent by email and posted on the Square Arts Festival page at www.paoliin.org. It is the vendor’s responsibility to stay up to date on any and all vendor information sent or posted prior to, and on the day of, the festival.
